BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
A mobile telephone number together with a deposit equivalent to 50% of the service is normally required to secure your first appointment. An SMS message confirming the appointment will be sent to your phone 72 hours prior to the appointment time where possible. We ask that you confirm you appointment either by return SMS or by telephone at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

ARRIVAL
We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow you to unwind with a stress relieving head and shoulder treatment before your service. In the event that you arrive late we will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service in the time remaining, whilst meeting our obligations to the next client.

MOBILE PHONES & PAGERS
In order to maintain a relaxing environment for all our guests, we would request that mobile phones and pagers be switched off.
