CANCELLATION
As a courtesy to our guests on the waiting list, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Guests cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the service cost. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at less than 12 hours notice and appointments not kept will be charged in full.
