BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
A mobile telephone number together with a deposit equivalent to 50% of the service is normally required to secure your first appointment. An SMS message confirming the appointment will be sent to your phone 72 hours prior to the appointment time where possible. We ask that you confirm you appointment by return SMS or by telephone at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

ARRIVAL
We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time to allow you to change and relax before your appointment begins. In the event that you arrive late we will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service in the time remaining, subject to our ability to meet our obligations to the next client.

CHILDREN
To ensure your treatment is in a peaceful environment and in the interests of health and safety we would request that children do not accompany you.
