As a courtesy to all our guests and in order to maintain a relaxing environment, we would request that mobile phones and pagers be switched off.

CANCELLATION
As a courtesy to our guests on the waiting list, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Guests cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at less than 24 hours notice and appointments not kept will be charged in full.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and cash are accepted.

SPA ATTIRE
Our therapists are trained in draping the body for personal comfort. Disposable underwear is provided upon request.
